Cleaning & Maintenance:
Use a damp cloth to wipe the board after each use. Do not submerge the board in water. Do not place in the dishwasher. Do not leave it on a wet surface.
After wiping, apply a pea-sized amount of food grade/ cooking oil on the surface of the board. Leave the oil to soak in, overnight if possible, or at least a few hours.
Using a dry, clean cloth or paper towel, buff off any remaining oil so that the board does not feel damp or sticky.
When letting the board dry, store the board vertically.
