Ordering

Use this website to place your order (Refer to How to Order tab).

For any inquiries or in case you are having trouble placing your order here, send us a direct message on FB Messenger or IG with the username @lionheartlabels for both. You may also send us an e-mail at sales@lionheartlabels.com. We will get back to you within one (1) business day.

Order Reservation

We will hold your reservation for two (2) business days only. Please settle your payment by then. 

Payment 

We accept payments made through BDO, BPI and Gcash.

Production

We will process your order for engraving as soon as we have received a copy of your deposit slip.

Send your proof of payment via Viber or by replying to our order confirmation e-mail(sales@lionheartlabels.com).

Shipping

We send out orders max of 5 business days after receipt of payment proof. For bulk orders and peak season (end-Sept to Dec), lead time varies depending on quantity. Contact us for more information. 

Delivery

Our default courier is JRS express- Php 145 for Metro Manila/ Luzon and Php 165 for Visayas/Mindanao deliveries. Track your order by inputting your order tracking number on their website. Transit time is approximately 2-8 business days depending on location. Contact us for more information.

Return or Refund

All items sold cannot be exchanged nor processed for refund.
